We are committed to your satisfaction, and we will never decline the high quality software offered in return for any reason. If you are still unhappy that the software provided by us does not meet your standards of quality, you may place a request for exchange or refund, which will be fulfilled subject to condition.
If you want to cancel the order after placing it, the same will be fulfilled by another order as per the rules made by the firm. Therefore it is important that you confirm in advance that the job you book is accurate.
Our entire team is working to provide you high quality project delivery. If you experience any defective quality with the service provided by us, the same will be repaired and provided to you with satisfied service.
If you request us to make additional changes to your project, you will be required to cover the cost according to the amount of additional modifications you would like us to make.
If you decide to cancel the order following placing it and confirming that it was placed, you need an acceptable reason to do this. If the investigator determines that the reason for which you presented is not legitimate or doesn't have any logic and is therefore not valid, UALite cannot be held accountable to reimburse you for the amount. In addition, we require documents that support the reason for you to ask to cancel your order.
If UALite is unable to deliver any project on time, and you are not able to claim reimbursement. However, if UALite staff should extend the deadline for any additional instructions or details given by you but which you did not tell us before that deadline, you are not eligible to claim reimbursement.
